Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed when we issue a written acknowledgment. Pricing may be adjusted for site-specific conditions (slope, removal, footing depth, stamped engineering) communicated before order acceptance.
Delivery and installation
Delivery dates are estimates based on stock availability and freight routing. Installation scheduling depends on permit timing, weather, and crew availability. We are not liable for delays caused by permit authorities, force majeure, or third-party freight disruptions.
Warranty
Materials carry manufacturer warranty (varies by product). Installation labour carries a 12-month warranty against workmanship defects on residential work, 24 months on commercial. Damage from weather, third-party impact, or improper use is excluded.
Liability
Fenced.ca's total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages.
Returns
Stock materials may be returned within 30 days in original condition, with a 20% restocking fee. Custom-fabricated items (custom wrought-iron, special-order vinyl colours, stamped engineering work) are non-returnable.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, except for Quebec customers whose contracts are governed by Quebec civil law per consumer-protection requirements.
